The Memorial Challenge trophy is retained in the permanent custody of the BostonChapter, International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety.

Plates inscribed with the names of the individuals comprising the Foursome attaining the Low Score for the eighteen holes of the annual competition are affixed to the base of the trophy.
